Home Education Sessions at Kotai BJJ

Join our private, one-hour home education sessions, booked week by week through this portal. You can book for one or more children, with no membership, app download or ongoing subscription required.

Booking and Payment
Each session costs £60 in total, shared between the confirmed child places. Sessions require at least 10 children and accommodate up to 12, making the cost £5–£6 per child:

• 10 children: £6 each

• 11 children: approximately £5.45 each

• 12 children: £5 each

Sign in using your mobile number, add your children, and securely save a payment card through Stripe. Nothing is charged when you book. On the morning of the session, we check that at least 10 child places can be confirmed and collect your share automatically. Small penny-rounding differences may apply when dividing the total.

If fewer than 10 places can be confirmed, the session will be cancelled without collecting payment. Any temporary card authorisations will be released.

Bookings and cancellations close at the deadline shown against each session. Please cancel before that deadline if your plans change: the price is based on confirmed places, not the number of children who arrive. After the deadline, we’ll automatically take payment for your confirmed places, even if you’re unable to attend.

Waivers and Arrival
A parent or guardian must complete a waiver for each child before booking. This is saved for future sessions, so you won’t need to sign it every week. We’ll only ask again if it needs updating or renewing.

We’ll send you a text message to let you know whether the session is going ahead, and you can check your booking status in the portal.

Once your booking is confirmed and paid, a check-in QR code for each child will appear in the portal. Bring these on your phone and scan them at the member check-in iPad when you arrive.
